Bill Halina Chairman, CEO & President

Mr. Halina is past President of Acorn Innovations Inc., a privately-held technology business incubator/accelerator located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Halina guided corporate and product development activities for three separate start-ups from concept through to protection of intellectual property rights and the building of proof-of-concept models. Previously, for a 10-year period starting in 1990, Mr. Halina developed and managed a privately-funded communications network on highways in Alberta in partnership with a select group of Alberta-based companies, the provincial government and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Dr. David Southwell Director and Chief Visionary Officer

Dr. Southwell co-founded Obsidian Research Corporation. Dr. Southwell was also a founding member of YottaYotta, Inc. in 2000 and served as its director of Hardware Development until 2004. Dr. Southwell worked at British Telecom's Research Laboratory at Martlesham Heath in the UK, participated in several other high technology start-ups, operated a design consultancy business, and taught Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Alberta. Dr. Southwell graduated with honors from the University of York, United Kingdom, in 1990 with a M.Eng. in Electronic Systems Engineering and a Ph.D in Electronics in 1993 and holds a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.

Jason Gunthorpe Director and Chief Technology Officer, Obsidian Research Corporation

Mr. Gunthorpe co-founded Obsidian Research Corporation. Mr. Gunthorpe served as primary architect at YottaYotta, Inc. prior to his joining Obsidian Research Corporation. Mr. Gunthorpe graduated from the University of Alberta in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and holds a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.

Glenn Williamson Director

Mr. Williamson has extensive entrepreneurial, executive level experience, primarily in the financial and operation aspects of companies. Mr. Williamson is Managing Partner of Nest Ventures, LLC, a private equity firm based in Phoenix, AZ, and Chairman of the Board of Kinetx, a 100+ person Aerospace firm, involved in deep space navigation and advanced satellite engineering, both civilian and military. Mr. Williamson is also founder and CEO of The Canada Arizona Business Council a private sector group sanctioned by the Canadian Government and State of Arizona to work on increasing bilateral trade.

Dendy Young Director

Mr. Young is Managing Partner of McLean Capital, LLC, a private equity firm based in McLean, VA. An award-winning executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including a decade as Chairman & CEO of GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI), a $1 billion government-focused enterprise services and solutions provider. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, as Chairman of TechPAC (Political Action Committee) and on the Board AFCEA International. Mr. Young holds a S.B. Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Michael Janke Director

Mr. Janke has 14 years of experience in corporate, commercial and securities law with primary focus on corporate finance, commercial arrangements and corporate governance practice areas for both issuers and private equity funds, Mr. Janke assists junior issuers to access and manage capital and works closely with stakeholders at the management and board of director levels to deliver effective and pragmatic counsel. Mr. Janke received a B.A. from the University of Calgary in 1992, a LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 1995 and has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1997.
